Amer and Uwanah are some of the nicest and kindest people I have met in the auto industry. They go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and we are VERY happy. They treat us very nicely and the customer service is unmatched. I am happy to say that we have leased a second vehicle through this dealership and through Amer especially and he has been SO kind and generous and just provides OUTSTANDING customer service. Michael Felton could not have been more charming or knowledgeable. He was gracious to a fault, and made our purchase of my new convertible as pleasant as any car buying experience could be. He was knowledgeable but not the least bit overbearing. With an impeccable wit, and a lot of low key curtesy and expertise, Michael did a great job and I would recommend him highly.
Had some trouble that was hard to get to the bottom of which required a number of visits to the dealership. Rosemarie Jones was helpful and patient with each visit. In addition to the excellence of the staff, the dealership stood behind their previous efforts to fix the problem without layering cost upon cost as they worked toward resolving the issues.

Rosemarie Jones was very accommodating to my needs. I was able to drop my car of after 5PM. The work was done in a day and I was able to pick up my car the next afternoon. Rosemarie communicate effectively through phone calls and e-mail. The service was great and all my issues are resolved!

Purchased my used luxury vehicle here almost a year ago and have continued to have a positive experience with Capitol VW. To start, a few months after purchase I noticed some paint peeling off the back bumper. A friend who owns a repair shop said it looked like the bumper had been painted over and that the new coat had not properly adhered. I called Capitol VW and told them my issue; the manager went through the service records and verified there had been a touch-up paint job on the bumper prior to my purchasing. I didn't have to keep calling or prodding-the dealership got in touch promptly and repaired my bumper free of charge as expected. The entire process was much easier than expected, and I was given a loaner car for a few days. Next, I took the car in for regular yearly maintenance which was free for the first year. Again, the service was seamless and easy. I dropped the car off and spent maybe 5 minutes, Capitol texted me letting me know they could communicate over text, which I used to later ask about their business hours. The rep responded within 15 minutes of my text, which I feel is reasonable considering he's also at the desk dealing with customers. When I came to pick the car up, it was ready in 5 minutes, there were no additional charges or recommendations for the vehicle, and I was sent a really cool video that showed the tech detailing the entire inspection.
